Hi there, I'm Alex Young(VISA Billing info xxxxxxx). If you are Case, then part of the information given
below has already been included in my previous mail.
Order #30754 has been placed by me with my VISA. Mr. Sun is going to check in the hotel of Holiday Inn ,
Chicago Oakbrook on apirl 9th and leave by april 15th. I've chosen UPS 2nd day service to make the delivery
predictable. This transaction is done today to provide redundant time margin for necessary preparation, it
DOSEN'T mean that I need the merchandise shipped ASAP.
I'd like to specify the date of order #30754's arrival at its destination - CHICAGO OAKBROOK. It's best for
the parcel to arrive on apirl 10th. Depending on unpredictable minor interfering factors, 9th and 11th will
also be fine. Please keep an eye on the calendar and be sure of the timing, coz if the merchandise doesn't
make it there at the right time, both Nature Point and us will encounter tremendous trouble diversing the
destination of this delivery to Beijing , China . And there's going to be a huge waste of money and time.
I'll try to contact the hotel in case of a possible contingency scenario. Thanks for your time and effort. If
what I specified can be done, please reply and let me know.

Looks like the message wasn't received in time and it is on its way to Chicago unfortunately. I'll also have
one of our people contact the hotel as well for the best plan of action. It should arrive on Monday, April
7. I'm hoping since it will only be a couple of days, the hotel will have no problem keeping the item, but
if not, we'll explore options for shipping out again, and to arrive during that time period.
If there are any problems, we'll make sure to take care of it.

Thanks all the same. I'm not quite sure about the UPS regulations, but isn't the post guy supposed to release
the parcel with the recipient's signiture? Please let me know if the hotel is authorized and willing to keep
the parcel till Mr. Sun arrives. And like you said since it's only a couple of days, if the hotel cannot hold
the merchandise, may we suggest that the UPS kept it for two more days at Chicago dispatch center and
redelivered on time again?
