好吧，我补全一下，你看看是不是那个意思
If (turning on Pitot Tube Heating) not already done, turn on Pitot Tube Heating on the Environment Control Panel.

为什么这个时候才turn on Pitot Tube Heating，"Keeping pitot on too long when stationary on the ground can lead to overheating"，过早打开没什么好处
你在做final checks，马上要takeoff
准备takeoff时turn on Pitot Tube Heating, 空速管加热防结冰堵塞，花不了多少时间，从停机位滑行到滑跑的这段时间足够了.

确认anti-skid开关在ANTI-SKID位；
检查Pitot Heat开关是否在PITOT HEAT位，如果不是，将开关打到PITOT HEAT位。

从来没调过，也就是说调不调应该都没什么问题。。。当然我说的是游戏中
