亲爱的论坛成员，

   Eagle Dynamics is expanding into the Chinese market and we looking for a voluntary Chinese localization team.
   Eagle Dynamics正要扩大到中国市场，我们正寻找一个汉化志愿者团队。

Team member requirements:
队员的需求包括：

      1.At least 18 years old
      1.至少年满18周岁

      2.Excellent Chinese language skills
      2.有优秀的中文水平

      3.Excellent English language skills
      3.有优秀的英文水平

      4.Determined and motivated team-players
      4.有决心又有上进心的玩家

      5.Possible aviation background (knowledge of Chinese aviation terms)
      6.最好有一定航空方面的背景（知晓中国航空方面的知识）

What we offer?
我们需要做什么呢？

      1. A moderate workload within an international team
      1.在国际团队中，承担适度（温和）的工作强度

      2.Access to the close beta of our simulations
      2.可以接触到最新的beta测试版DCS

正在犹豫要不要报名呢，很想参加。
有精力又有能力的中国飞友，一定要报名啊，这是推进DCS汉化和普及的大好时机啊。
