Situation:Be advised: Intelligence reports a large enemy offensive is in progress, probably with the intent to take P'Yongyang.
Intelligence reports the following squadrons are currently operating out of Sinch'ang-ni, located 14 nm northwest of Hamhung: 10th Recon Squadron (MD-500) --100% strength Air command would like to damage or destroy their facilities in order to reduce their sortie rate. Emergency Procedures:Distress call: For aircrew in a hostile area, prior to ejection, transmit on the working frequency: “MAYDAY” (three times); call-sign; and position in relation to BULLSEYE. - Alternate landing strip: R103 Airstrip, 4 nm east of Incheon SAR helos are available within 30 km of FLOT. In case of shoot-down, mark closest coordinates of the survivor’s position and report the incident to the CSAR assets. Establish radio communication with survivor and execute the On Scene Commander procedures.
